Come on in!     Rooms and Rates The three guest rooms are furnished with family antiques, ironed linens and cut flowers from the garden.  803 Elizabeth has two guest rooms with private baths . There is a third room available with a shared bath for families or friends traveling together . Rates are as follows: Queen with Private Bath $100.00 Twins with private bath across hall - $90.00 OR Double with private bath across hall - $80.00 OR For families or guests traveling together...Double and Twins rented together with a shared bath - $150.00 Plus sales and accommodations tax Reservation/Cancellation Policy Reservations confirmed with a charge card or payment of one night's lodging. Refundable with 48 hour notice prior to check in or re-booking of room. The balance is due in full at the time of check-in. . If a cancellation is less than one week, there is a non-refundable $25 charge.
