RATES 803 Elizabeth has two guestrooms that each have a private bath.
A third guestroom is available only for families or friends traveling together and would share a bath across the hall. Rates are as follows: Queen Room with Private Bath - $100.00 Twin Room with private bath across hall - $90.00 OR Double Room with private bath across hall - $80.00 For families or guests traveling together ... the Double Room and Twin Room can be rented together with a shared bath - $160.00 Plus sales and accommodations tax RESERVATION/CANCELLATION POLICY Reservations are confirmed with a charge card or payment of one night's lodging. Refundable with 48 hour notice prior to check in or re-booking of room. The balance is due in full at the time of check-in.
